1. Yesterday,I spoke to #LaSapienza university in #Rome where students from collectives #CambiareRotta and #OSA were joined via videolink by U.S. students from U.S. campuses.
I told them: #Technology matters, considering the role of #Google in #Gaza

@rresoli young people (even in Europe) have also had it drummed into their head to accept surveillance - a teenage lass who works in my office was amazed we didn't have CCTV inside, and not that long ago I was in a local high school (to look at a community radio station transmitter on the roof) and there is a camera every 10 metres. Also if they drive, those 18-25 often cannot get an affordable policy without accepting a surveillance box on the car..
