I fix bugs, worked on various FOSS projects, and mostly code in Python (though I prefer functional languages).

Working on Reproducible Builds; interested in compsci & infosec, programming language design, parsing, automation, tooling, etc. I like maths & linguistics; and girls of course :3

We need FOSS projects to focus on the needs of the community (especially those most vulnerable), kindness, being welcoming; not just technical contributions; no self-important BDFLs.

Tencent ported my python 3 code to python 2. And violated my copyright by replacing my copyright notice with their own and changing the licence from GPL to BSD.

I filed a DMCA takedown request with GitHub over a month ago. They said it would be processed soon but have not replied to my questions asking how much longer it will take since.

I just found Tencent violating my copyright by replacing my copyright notice with their own and changing the license from GPLv3+ to BSD 3-Clause in their modified version of my code. *sigh* https://github.com/Tencent/QT4A/issues/132

"Strong against the weak, weak with the strong". I guess this is one of the reasons why some people host their #freeasinfreedom project elsewhere
