do not worry for more than 2000 years bureaucrats rules the world but this is shifting, many of the new wealthy men are already programmers, in the future when AIML were spread everywhere in everyfield the world will be ruled by the few that knows how to handle these algorithms, society will be divided in two parts technocrates and the last wealthy families from a side and the rest of the world from another. Sophisticated algorithms will make the rest of humanity happy but substantially ignorant and uninterested to democracy.
