A Wink And A Smile

Durante il lockdown per COVID-19, in un pomeriggio domenicale (26 Aprile 2020), ci esibiamo in una canzone veramente deliziosa, per alleggerire il momento. Facciamo tutti "a wink" ( un occhiolino ) "and a smile" ( un sorriso ) alla vita che verrà... Ottimismo!

Harry Connick contribuì con questo pezzo alla realizzazione della colonna sonora di "Insonnia d'amore" ( Sleepless in Seattle ) , un film del 1993 diretto da Nora Ephron, con protagonisti Tom Hanks e Meg Ryan.

@ErickaSimone since you asked, here's more. Here I'm playing bass for @elif to sing on. In the same #peertube channel (seen in #mastodon as the @strk@exode.me profile, I believe) you can find a couple of versions of the same piece featuring other musicians. Production details should be in the video descriptions but the bottom line is it was all done using #OpenSource software: #OBS and #kdenlive

I've just noticed production details are really not in the video description so thanks for adding them in your comment.

Now that I read the description again I feel that the links to those closed platforms could be removed as anyone can follow the channel just fine from the #fediverse (as you are now doing) or via RSS feeds (anonymously).
