Many universities are still happily posting on Twitter/X. That's not great, given what that place has become.

More and more _are_ leaving (you'll find them in the https://bit.ly/eXit GDoc I maintain). How can we pick up the pace?

If you have an alma mater, have you written them yet? I just did - took only a few minutes. I doubt they'll do anything, but if many of us write such emails, sooner or later, it might make a difference.

Sandro Santilli reshared this.

don't forget conservatories too! @ErickaSimone maybe these references can help you with convincing Berklee 💫

consider keeping that list somewhere not requiring a Google account to read. Do you know about https://etherpad.org/ ?

@strk

It does not require a Google account to read. Yes, I've considered the tradeoffs and am very familiar with Etherpad.

but when I tap on it from an Android device I'm prompted to select an account to use to connect there. I guess it's to decide which cookies to send there 🤔

interesting: the prompting only happens if I click on the google.com link as included by my client (Tusky) at the end of your post. I'm not prompted if I click on the shortened url so this must be Android trying to be smart in handling urls to known domains (I hate that!)
