I know very little about Luxembourg. What is there about your country that I could post something about? 🇱🇺
in reply to Gilbert Busana

About 50% of the population of the Grand-Duchy of #Luxembourg are foreigners and those people often don’t communicate in #luxembourgish (a language influenced by German and French). Besides Luxembourgish, French and German are official languages too.

True. I moved to #Luxembourg more than 4 years ago and I haven't found myself in a situation where #Luxembourgish was indispensable. Practically all my meetings are in English and general conversation in French and Italian. I should make more efforts in learning Luxembourgish but it seems that Portuguese is even more useful here ;-) @1066steve

I know, it‘s very easy to live in Luxembourg and not using the national language, since French and German are official languages and English is commonly spoken (at least in Lux-City and its surroundings).

@stevo_lux @1066steve I have similar issues, although I am doing a Luxembourgish course. Also in recent years English has taken over more and more areas of work.
