I share all your concerns. I'm hopeful that the time is ripe for #ARM becoming a real first class citizen in the #freeasinfreedom ecosystem. It seems that #qualcomm said they won't put barriers to those wanting to install Linux in their forthcoming #snapdragonxelite platform

According to the Italian article https://www.dday.it/redazione/47317/snapdragon-x-elite-lascia-a-bocca-aperta-secondo-qualcomm-e-piu-veloce-di-m2-max-e-umilia-amd-e-intel most of the #benchmarks have been run using #Debian so we're mostly safe.
I can't wait to buy a laptop with a #snapdragonxelite with Debian preinstalled!
