#PositConf2023 talks are up on YouTube!

Want to learn about parameterized reporting with #RStats and #QuartoPub? Check out my talk that explains what parameters are and how to use them to increase your efficiency and reproducibility with multi-format #Quarto reports: https://youtu.be/lbE5uOqfT70?si=8b3Dc6iViEN54oVG.

Side note: this works with #Python too!

Side, side note: I'm leading a virtual 2-hour hands-on workshop on this topic January 18th. Register at https://www.meetup.com/rladies-dc/events/297344107/.

The data visualisation guidance for the Royal Statistical Society that I've been working on over the past few months with Brian Tarran and Andreas Krause has now been published and is freely available online 🎉

If you're someone who makes charts, please have a look through the website (built with #QuartoPub) and let us know your thoughts. There are lots of examples of plots built with #RStats (and a few #Python ones as well)!

I think it's time for an #Introduction 😇

I am a biostatistician with a Ph.D. in biostatistics mostly in the field of human genetics.
I worked for ten years in a diabetes and related diseases public research laboratory, and since November 2022, working as a consultant on microbiome and lipids data.

When I am not working, I spent most of my time watching movies (~12/month), playing with my male Labrador Retriever named Saga, and playing with Quarto and R.
