That's why I wrote the #HackingLicense http://www.tesio.it/documents/HACK.txt so that when we will be able to prove that #Copilot distributed any work under such license, we will have to assume that #Microsoft accepted the license, that the "models" of #CopyALot are used under its terms and thus all the software that adopted its "suggestions" can be used under its terms too.

We tried to communicate w/ #GitHub re: #Copilot; they have outright refused to answer community questions on Copilot & took it for-profit. Copilot ignores copyleft requirements; so it's time to #GiveUpGitHub https://GiveUpGitHub.org

As the author of this article says - free software should be dependant on free software architecture - I recommend https://codeberg.org as an open-source alternative to Github.
Sadly Github is no longer a platform that can be trusted.
